Boil Water Notice Ended As Of 3:30pm  today  (10/3/2025)

Pot of boiling water with steam, "CRW Boil Water Notice" text.

Clackamas River Water customers in the Oregon City - Leland Rd area may now drink tap water without boiling it first. After extensive water mainline flushing was completed yesterday, water samples were collected, the water samples have been tested and confirm that the water is safe to drink. Clackamas River Water recommends flushing all taps for 2 minutes or until the water runs cold before consuming for the first time.

We would like to thank our customers for their cooperation and understanding during the boil water notice. While there was only a small potential for contamination, the health and safety of customers is our first priority.

Yesterday, October 2nd 2025, a valving issue during a planned construction project caused a temporary unsafe drop in pressure in the pipe serving eighty-seven homes in the S Leland Rd area. Clackamas River Water corrected the issue and restored service to the area.  The water was then sampled.  Today the results showed no evidence of contamination from that drop in pressure.  We are now confident that your water is safe to drink.

Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly.
